Aging Brain: What is Normal and What is Not

If thinking and memory problems arise, can it be something reversible? YES! Learn about the causes, what you can do to improve, and how to know if it’s something more serious.
Progression of Dementia: What Skills Remain
November 19, 1-2pm
Learn a new and improved approach to understanding dementia progression through focusing on what skills remain, as opposed to skills lost. Gain insight into what a person with memory loss experiences and discover how to better support your loved one.
The Language of Love: Become a Better Communicator
December 17, 1-2pm
As care partners, we may experience communication snags with our loved one with dementia. Together we will untangle these challenging situations and explore new tools to help in your caregiving journey.
